A round that is not above the fictional cap can still fail another offer condition. A round above the cap does not by itself establish whether a particular consequence was fair, proportionate or lawfully applied. The worksheet supports a factual complaint, not a legal verdict.
Check whether the restriction was prominent
ASA and CAP guidance says significant promotion conditions should be clear and upfront, and full terms should be readily accessible. Its gambling guidance lists deposit or wagering requirements and time limits as examples, while the UKGC and CMA consumer transcript expressly uses a maximum stake as an example of a significant condition.
